不太明白免费激活是什么意思，是说通过这个优惠活动购买AT&T的非签约版就可以解锁了？然后就可以直接插卡使用了？

应该是只对ATT的正式用户.原来解锁收费是39USD.现在免掉的只是这个费用?

不是。。。。。。。。。。。新开1条线需要有激活费。。。。。。。。。。。。
