Call Notes End User License Agreement

Call Notes software is protected by copyright laws. It is not sold, but only licensed to you on the following conditions. Call Notes operates in trial and registered modes. Trial mode is full-featured for one week, then operates with reduced features. Registered mode is full-featured forever on a single Palm OS device. When you register the software (see registration from within the software for registration web site URL), you receive a code matched to your device which when entered into Call Notes causes it to switch from trial to registered mode.

You are allowed to distribute the software for free to other users, but it will initially operate in trial mode on another Palm OS device, even if it operates in registered mode on your device. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the software.

Our entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at our option, either (a) return of the price actually paid for, or (b) repair or replacement of, the software. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT.
