AddinTimer 不能使用

cab版本可以安装，安装后不能运行，一运行就会出现错误，换了无数的版本，3.4，3.6，3.5EN 都是如此
。exe版本安装的时候出现下面的错误
我的机器是palm750，刷的是官方的2.27ROM， 加中文支持包
