4. rm /usr/bin/TelephonyInterfaceLayerCdma

5. unzip -o pre_sms_cn_patched.zip

6. chmod 755 /usr/bin/TelephonyInterfaceLayerCdma
   
7. rm pre_sms_cn_patched.zip
   
8. reboot
