Within the  integrated computation man-hour period, a particular day (or week) of the actual working time can be longer than 8 hours (or 40 hours), but the total  integrated computation man-hour period should not exceed the total actual working time statutory standard working hours, the excess should be consider as extension of working time and to pay compensation according labor law, which for working on statutory holidays, also according to labor law to pay compensation. Moreover, the number of over working hours may not exceed 36 hours per month.

特殊情况下，工人一天（一个礼拜）的工作时长可能超过8个钟头（或40个钟头），但是在一个完整的计时段内，TA的整个工作时长不能超过法定工作时长，超过的部分企业必须按照劳动法给予补偿，法定假日亦如是。此外，每月加班时长不能超过36个钟头。

见笑了呵呵。其实是原来的同事突然遇上老外老板，要他介绍中国的劳动法中关于综合工时制的情况。
我帮他找了，可惜没找到官方的英文介绍。

只好我自己愣翻，正好那个家伙邮箱坏了，又不能在公司上外部邮箱。
人家着急抓狂，我只好想起来把这个贴在这里。给他帐号让他自己上来复制。
