1) Primary focus, adding compatibility for Treo 680.  There was a major change in how the 680 processes phone messages.
This version rewrites a major portion of CallFilter in order to deal with this significant change in the Treo for Palm platform.
2) Many initial changes were added to support the Treo 700p.  However, these changes are not complete.
   I expect the feedback from this beta will allow me to complete any Treo 700p related changes.

1) Re-activated VelocityPlayer for the 650.  Made major changes to how it performs background processing, so it can co-exist
   with NVFS peacefully.
2) Full integration with ProfileCare V3.14 or greater.   Added support for a current callfilter ruleset,
   AND a master profile ruleset. This is a very cool new feature of callfilter and is very powerful.

   particular profile is active.   The CallFilter rules are evaluated in the following order:

) ?( ?0 I5 Z7 Q   If a rule is matched in any of the rulesets, then rule evaluation stops, and CallFilter will take the appropriate action.

   action pickup/hangup reliably.

callfilter的规则很好，而且功能比call block强大，但是挂断的速度比不上call block，还是换回call block了
