1) Primary focus, adding compatibility for Treo 680.  There was a major change in how the 680 processes phone messages.
7 x$ c* |& b& i- ZThis version rewrites a major portion of CallFilter in order to deal with this significant change in the Treo for Palm platform.
2) Many initial changes were added to support the Treo 700p.  However, these changes are not complete.

   particular profile is active.   The CallFilter rules are evaluated in the following order:

   If a rule is matched in any of the rulesets, then rule evaluation stops, and CallFilter will take the appropriate action.
3) Fixed various bugs related to Sprint/Verizon/CDMA phones.  This will ensure these types of phones perform the

callfilter的规则很好，而且功能比call block强大，但是挂断的速度比不上call block，还是换回call block了
