新手刷rom的问题

请教清风版主。我按照romtool的使用说明。按下同步钮插上电池后进入bootloader模式，
# k. c6 h1 U7 e6 a. p8 r5 `1 Z5 E6 }0 _- L然后就许久没有反应。又重新试了几次，发现如果提前打开romtool软件的话，就回出现一下报错：

3 x6 m! p+ R7 {) d是不是跟我提前把romtool里面带的palm驱动程序装好了的缘故。
请版主帮我分析分析，新手上路实在是一头雾水，谢谢。
