新手刷rom的问题

请教清风版主。我按照romtool的使用说明。按下同步钮插上电池后进入bootloader模式，
! E/ ~9 S+ g& m, C然后就许久没有反应。又重新试了几次，发现如果提前打开romtool软件的话，就回出现一下报错：
