再次请教700wx不能上网问题，请高手指点！

我在北京，用户名密码都是CARD，拨 #777后显示 “your username or password is wrong.To check your connection setings and change them if needed, tap Settings. If the proble continues,turn the device off and try again"
之后：手动波”#777“，中文语音说：”对不起，你的号码没有这种业务“

这是啥问题，请高手指点！
