如何注册tealos

我按照大家说的在DOS下运行"D:\Teal3in1>teal3in1 handspring"后出来

( e7 N* u. M* ]$ y. s3 n- O我把[]内的注册号写在tealos的注册号填写的地方，可是出能完成注册。出现“Make suer the  HotSync ID'Handspring'matches the one you submitted when you purchased the product.”的提示。
我应该怎么样才能注册上呀？

你的palm上的同步名 是 handspring ? 大小写好像是敏感的？
