New Pre owners are discovering that Palm has an extra surprise for them and their new smartphone: an update to webOS 1.0.2.  A last-minute release, the update is a roughly 67MB file and can be downloaded over the Pre’s Sprint EVDO Rev.A network.

webOS 1.0.2 apparently brings with it increased stability and a new alarm clock.  Some reviewers found that their Pre rest itself, losing all of its data and requiring a restore from the Palm Profile backup.  That’s not something we experienced in the process of our review, but that’s not to say it couldn’t happen.

: w: @- {6 a9 B# ~1 nIf your Pre hasn’t alerted you to the 1.0.2 update, you can prompt it through the Update option in the programs menu.  Other programs will continue to run while the update downloads, so you don’t have to miss a moment playing with your new toy.

如果以后玩简化rom的话，岂不是得屏蔽一下在线升级功能，改成手动升级……
不然估计会有问题……

有升级是好事,说明pre受到了强烈关注..  哈哈哈,估计全球的眼睛都望着pre的话,反射的太阳光能把pre炭化

MS 3号之前就已经出了1.02了。

刚刚看了precentral的新闻,其实是在sprint贩卖的手机中有新旧两种版本,有些人买到旧的,所以要求升级到1.02,,也有人直接买到的就是预装的1.02版.所以不是pre一开卖就被升级,而应该是出厂的机型有些没有来得及升到最新版.
