连接问题

我在连接电脑的步骤出了问题，按教程键入命令。报错了。。
novacomd could not find your pre.Ensure it is plugged in and in Developer Mode,and try again.if you continue to receive this message,please seek help via IRC at #webos-internals on irc.freenode.net
