How do I do a hard reset from the Palm Profile creation page?( k/ g% {, U- ]5 o# @1 i3 p) L
) f* e& G0 i% p, qWhy? Swapping the phone over to a new line (from my personal account to the Directors demo line). Did a hard reset to clear it out, it got activated on the network, but when setting up the Palm Profile I get:; e6 w- j4 y- l5 V4 _

You need to be connected to your wireless service providers network to create the profile. Move into a wireless service area and try again.
+ I5 y) z* A+ T, Wbut, I'm in a great service area (Sprint Campus) and have EVDO on all other devices. 5 r- G+ j% f8 g5 g
I'm also able to touch the phone icon and make a call to Customer Service, so it is activated on the network, at least for voice.

This happens when I try to connect to an existing profile or create a new profile. " X* t9 x; V Z, L
3 e8 ^& E" l1 b1 k& R, k: _Tech Support (and me) think it may not have properly activated and a hard reset would allow it to 'start over'.

Tech has checked the account and it appears to be properly provisioned.

OK - found the problem - data services had not provisioned yet when I tried to create the Palm Profile and had to have Sprint developer hard reset it. Once it reactivated with properly provisioned data service, all was well.
