EVDO拨号的奇怪问题

在755P控制台里通过“网络”来进行EVDO拨号的时候，会弹出一个告警：“打开网络连接时候发生一个错误”，速度很快地一闪而过，然后就转到一个phone updater的界面，
提示 preparing vision services
your phone must be configured for vision services. this process will take a few minutes.would you like to do this now ?
