What is New in version 5.0
Improved compression option. Version 5 use IMA ADPCM compression to compress files up to 4 times.
Categories. Organize your recordings into categories on the SD card.
Include caller name in recording name.
Auto repeat playback. Repeat one/all recordings playback.
Delete recordings older than X days.
Many user interface improvements.

晕，自己搜 CallRec 其中有一个帖子里面有注册机及使用办法，还有这个版本的汉化也出来了
