前天晚上自己手贱在PC上登陆了profile。为了远程清除数据选择了“i lost my phone7 ”。后来因为不明白原因，又重新在手机“full erase”了一次。。。3 q! T9 y) _$ `' D2 N! R2 u

. K. ?9 b3 A3 \2 N! S  k现在的情况就是，无论在SIM或者WIFI下都无法登陆profile。创建新的profile也是提示失败。。。; a) F9 d! g2 J0 R+ h

7 H% a* P# S5 R/ {在本论坛看到其他机友说是IMEI被BAN了。
& H% s, P# E7 C7 ~# {- M9 z% y# B8 b1 D/ t$ Q: q
这是本论坛的一个机友的办法
2 t$ x9 R5 d# X& j“我在上周遇到了和你一摸一样的问题。我去远程清除的原因是profile里的东西太多，刷机后总是回复不了死在那里，自己没有搞清楚前就进了palm的网站选了full earase。结果呢和你一样再也没办法sign in我的旧profile，或者是建立新的profile了。当天晚上搞到凌晨4点，急疯了。后来仔细分析，确认原因是远程清除数据命令执行后，必须真实地远程清除了机器上的数据后，那台机器才能再次使用，但是我们的机器已经重新刷了机，只有再次sign in到旧的profile才能激活，但那个profile已经再也无法sign in了。无法建立新profile是因为机器的IMEI已经被palm锁住，清除数据前没法重新注册profile的。整个已经形成了死循环，当时我已经准备永远不用profile了（用免激活的rom）。后来在palm的官网上找了近1小时，和你一样想通过邮件联系下解决，但发现没有技术支持的邮件，最终发现美国palm支持7×24小时的live chat技术支持，直接上去联系。chat软件接通后很快就有服务人员联系，三言两语不怎么合文法的英语告诉了她我的情况，对方很专业很快询问了我个人信息、serial number等确认profile的内容，最后当场我试了sign in成功，全过程不过5到10分钟。这次经历让我对palm的服务有了非常好的印象，看来从treo600时代起我脑海里优质服务的palm还是没有变。6 a  H6 g3 M: b4 M

于是我马上去U·S找live chat。。因为语言问题，我实在没办法让他明白我的意思，最后他要我刷机.....还给我找了官方固件...期间还不断问我，为什么手机可以在中国使用...........最后还是没有解决，他也没办法，最后告诉我要我送修。。晕死了都。。0 T# F4 m6 C/ A2 J2 S. s" t

, m* |" Z0 l8 C# o3 c7 U! w求求大大，给个好建议吧。。。。

因远程清除数据之后，无法再次登陆profile的解决办法（开心）

话说前面那个美国GG（斯缔夫），只知道叫我用官方固件刷机，老问题手机哪里买的..为什么可以在中国使用等等问题，还让我去送修....看来还是美国MM明白我的意思啊。6 a/ E7 |7 V- f6 F5 ~9 y

好像是 点了（丢了手机）PALM Profile 会被锁住。要客服解锁。
