新人入手3p1周不到，8 E3 [) E0 b1 ^, o
依据各位大牛前辈的帖子安装软件，刷机，但都遇到了一个致命问题：不能安装驱动NovacomInstaller_x86.rar。。。。
$ {) ]) g" G& p. L在网上搜了众多帖子。有关掉360解决的，有手动安装解决的，但是我均没有解决。: |+ F2 E8 B2 h
今天偶尔在国外网站上看到一个有关win7系统上面安装NovacomInstaller_x86.rar的介绍，抱着有栆没栆大一杆子的想法，0 R: \( ~4 b s5 O! V* g: x
按照流程走了一圈，还真能够按上了。不讲废话了，具体方法如下：2 M$ P, n/ Y N7 D2 R

First off, you'll need to download the WebOSDoctor recovery rom (or if you're using the current WebOS Quick Install, you'll already have this file): Sprint WebOSDoctor 1.2.1 or Bell (Canada)./就是要有一个ROM，

3 h# ~. g- y$ J1 a# u0 c1 LDownload and install Orca. It's a tool from Windows SDK to easily edit Microsoft Installer packages. It's a very quick and simple install./下载Orca软件; n% j% i* M4 G- I- l8 V8 E& j$ n

# q! i9 e5 |' TGo to where you downloaded the WebOSDoctor recovery rom and right click on it. Choose "Open with", then "Choose Default Program" and choose whatever archive manager you use (WinZip, WinRar, 7-Zip, etc.).
% \' y& t4 e& fIf you don't have any archive manager, I recommend 7-Zip, it's free. 5 @% t J* Q* h1 A# T) j2 _
If your archive manager isn't listed, hit the "Browse" button and navigate to find it. 6 N! y7 E+ S+ m5 M9 {, }. d
Make sure "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" is not checked. (we want "Java(TM) Platform SE binary" to always be the default) / 用解压缩软件解压缩ROM, y. P# _, }0 X$ A; T+ T7 o/ w0 u& {' u

4 i' v; \: D' F* S7 {: o) A# |Open up the resources folder. Scroll down through it till you find the 2 MSI files (NovacomInstaller_x64.msi and NovacomInstaller_x86.msi).
7 x0 k @2 n2 ^0 @) ]% EFor 32bit Windows 7, extract "NovacomInstaller_x86.msi"
7 `+ u [4 N/ L3 }' q PFor 64bit Windows 7, extract "NovacomInstaller_x64.msi" / 找到这个msi文件7 p8 x2 D ]) B2 }! e5 l! N9 I' a

2 K6 {& U' a- M2 h1 K: GRight click on the extracted MSI file. Click the "Edit with Orca"/右击 选择“Orca编辑”) q2 H& c* I: p( T% S( s/ A
! ^ P0 o5 e0 ]% b! j. 6 z" v) ]- x: ]
On the left "Tables" list click "InstallExecuteSequence" and on the main table, look for "installumdf.08B8BE2B_9174_49D1_84B0_40324FD7DE34" and delete it. Save and close./ 删除这个文件，保存退出

下面说一下刷2.1的经过：2 f0 B0 L3 U9 @$ P& [
大胆刷了2.1，却发现不能更改 palm profile， 看到一个兄弟提到 全清后进行激活，却发生了不能激活的事情。。。" ^& R0 z0 A$ V6 V8 |
HP提示为“因为1.4.5开了 backup，需要刷回到1.4.5，关掉才可以”坛子兄弟也是这样做的，暂时不知道成功了否。

& @! ?. n' n! z" D) G我看了大牛们提到的一个devicetool 可以避开激活的事情，我也抱着打栆的心态打了一杆子，结果是喜人的，是可以越过激活。
