Call Reject(类似于来电防火墙）更新了updated for 2.1

Call Reject更新了，这个应该类似于来电防火墙吧
changelog：updated for 2.1, disconnects call immediately, no notification, shows up in call log though.
This will auto reject any call from a number listed for the contact name: 'Do Not Answer' (no quotes though). The call will still show up in the call history, but no notification will happen.

另外一个类似的patch:Call Block with Block Unknown or Blocked.
多了功能：unknown and blocked numbers。

我建立了个联系人Do Not Answer，然后把号码加进去，没用
