7) Copy those files into the "files" folder referenced in STEP 1
: b+ Y7 I# A$ B$ h1 P3 ?4 j" f* w8) Download IPK Packager (Ipk Packager.jar - ipk-packager - Ipk Packager v1.6 - Project Hosting on Google Code), a product of Jason Robitaille% c+ P( E# R! ?0 Q
9) Open IPK Packager, browse to the "files" folder referenced in STEP 1
6 B% x! @$ |" Y/ b10) Package it up, install through WebOS Quick Install (DO NOT USE the webOS SDK)
* v6 B, k0 m3 i3 s3 U" g- T4 w7 p2 G O( w- M
If it doesn't work: REMEMBER your directory structure. Make sure the above copied files are exactly where they should be (i.e. ROM.bin needs to be in files/usr/lib/palmos/rom0)! x, ]$ c \+ x4 ]* r& v4 n' {: J \$ w: j
