palm pre plus O2 刷机出现大问题，求助

之前没接触过WebOS系统，所以前两天朋友赏我一台费palm pre plus玩，能救活就是我的。给我时电池是空的所以充了电，开机后显示离线模式和“your phone is experiencing an error that cannot be resolved. l!Xj UnRF vist palm.com/support/for help”，而且电池只能充里少许电量，无法完成刷机。开始我以为是系统损坏电池也废了，所以又买了一块儿新电池。结果刷了无数个官方rom显示依然如此，而且好像刷机进度重来没有到达过100%，好像总是在82%就直接跳到完成。还有用充电器充了一夜的电早上竟然放光了，可见第一个电池根本没坏，现在求助大侠们怎么解决，即使电话模块坏了当个itouch一样用我也满足了

Back up your Palm Profile data. Open Backup . Then tap Back up now.
" ]& K0 @7 N" A, E0 YConnect the USB cable to the AC charger, and plug the AC charger into a working outlet. Do not connect it to your device yet.
% v& u# f/ r6 v# ], z5 |! LOpen Device Info .
! e( ?, _1 m8 lTap Reset Options, and then tap Shut Down.
Remove the battery. See instructions for Palm Pre and Pre Plus or Palm Pixi and Pixi Plus.

/ b4 b' K& |( Y4 e& _0 z5 tConnect the USB cable to the device. Press and hold the volume up button.

Now you're ready to download webOS Doctor.
