palm pre plus O2 刷机出现大问题，求助

之前没接触过WebOS系统，所以前两天朋友赏我一台费palm pre plus玩，能救活就是我的。给我时电池是空的所以充了电，开机后显示离线模式和“your phone is experiencing an error that cannot be resolved. l!Xj UnRF vist palm.com/support/for help”，而且电池只能充里少许电量，无法完成刷机。开始我以为是系统损坏电池也废了，所以又买了一块儿新电池。结果刷了无数个官方rom显示依然如此，而且好像刷机进度重来没有到达过100%，好像总是在82%就直接跳到完成。还有用充电器充了一夜的电早上竟然放光了，可见第一个电池根本没坏，现在求助大侠们怎么解决，即使电话模块坏了当个itouch一样用我也满足了

3-刷机前，这段你看下（这是官网上的操作方法）：
Before running webOS Doctor, put your device into USB Update Mode.
& X- K, z9 W+ R+ S0 [+ XBack up your Palm Profile data. Open Backup . Then tap Back up now.
1 e3 l/ C+ Z! o. BConnect the USB cable to the AC charger, and plug the AC charger into a working outlet. Do not connect it to your device yet.
9 P2 f1 ?: M9 r0 w  R& F( tOpen Device Info .
Tap Reset Options, and then tap Shut Down.
; J* h- I2 N2 c6 }# P; }- I! u+ vRemove the battery. See instructions for Palm Pre and Pre Plus or Palm Pixi and Pixi Plus.
- p7 i6 O7 a* Q9 j+ a2 q% SWhile the battery is out, write down your serial number (S/N).
! ]# b! `5 K2 y' [) sConnect the USB cable to the device. Press and hold the volume up button.
0 I  V8 @8 ?2 WRe-insert the battery.
Release the volume up button when the large USB icon appears. If you see the Palm logo instead, take out the battery and start over with step 7.
