[Treo680/Centro] 买了一个月的680出现三个坏点(9.29更新 商家已收到机器)

小弟新买一个月的港版680突然发现有两个明显的坏点(亮点),请问该如何找PALM保修呢?7 m; D5 C" C) l& F
- I4 u/ V6 `' O4 M
商家说没有3个或以上的坏点是无法给维修的,晕死~~~: w! g) u; C6 V# v+ b$ r

3个以上能修吗?不会是送去新加坡等3个月吧?不如自己换个屏幕 也就400多块。。。比等3个月强吧。。。

去找商家呀,才一个月就这样。估计机子是翻新过的。。。

已经直接联系了香港PALM客服了,他们让我拍个照片发过去说是验证一下。希望能让我保修,老天保佑。

今天终于发现了第三个坏点(我晕,到底是应该郁闷还是应该庆祝?),可以理直气壮地找PALM修机器了。虽然等的时间可能会很长,但总比成天揣着三个坏点的TREO 680强啊~~~

点虽然小,但是有三个啊~~~可以明确判断是屏幕有质量问题。  ]: _- {) `7 O5 U9 v2 `

5 K/ Q- N% j/ m3 F( e& Y( G+ v5 F2 @我联系客服的时候由于只发现上面两个点所以没法更换,但是他们看过图片之后也承认是坏点了。直到发现第三个后我联系了商家,商家同意直接跟PALM联系维修。

原来刚拿到机器的时候也有检查一下有没有亮点什么的,但是可能不太细致。但如果一开始就有三个亮点的话也不可能一个也没发现,我觉得这是后来出现的。

而且这些亮点也不是每个都很明显,我是在黑色背景下仔细观察才发现的,而且换个角度看有些亮点就会变得比较暗,有些则持续比较亮,真是感觉莫名其妙,我也只好拍了十几张照片才全部拍出来。有时候感觉680的质量真的是……唉

今天商家收到了机器竟然说我这不算亮点,看起来很不明显(难道要亮得晃眼才算坏点??),不愿意给我保修,真是*·#·¥¥#……0 C( }' }6 \* v- j
而且还竟然改口说PALM规定5个亮点以上才能保修(几天前还信誓旦旦告诉我3个亮点可以保修,明显想推卸责任么)。不过在我一顿理论之后,商家还是答应国庆后发到香港去试试。6 U7 v+ ^, P& z  o9 G2 g
% I1 w& T) v& U3 m6 `
其实,在发现上面两个亮点的时候我已经和PALM联系过,他们的客服人员也已经承认是坏点,而且发现的第三个坏点绝对比上面的要明显一些,所以绝对有理由进行保修。以下是PALM客服的原邮件:1 @* c, Z' P6 g; B

不能直接 发到客服吗?为什么要经过商家?  商家为了省邮费,肯定不愿意 阿。。。

直接联系PALM客服的话返修需要负责单程邮费,而这部分邮费应当是商家负责的,这应该没什么异议,况且是某知名商家,应该可以信任
