建立profile的问题

新入手的cdma3p，为了省电建立了profile，但是由于手机出了问题，发给商家后换了一台，进入英文模式后重新输入邮箱密码显示
you're already signed in to this palm profile on another phone.Before continuing sign in,copy any date you want from the other phone's usb drive to your computer.make sure your data is backed up by selecting backup now from the backup preference.就是说我已经在另外一台机器上面建立了profile了，但是后面的意思我就不明白了，有遇到这个问题的高手吗？这种情况应该怎么办？
