消息来自precentral论坛pre3区，此雇员说他认识的一个比较可靠的人说原定北美GSM运营商(就是ATT了)9月4日发布存货5w台，CDMA9月18日发布存货3w台，已经装箱在运输过程中，HP宣布取消原定计划了，这一批就在途仓库了。等待HP的处理

所以之前说只有1w多台的说话应该是有问题，胖友们可以缓一缓了。我也不大相信说pre3原定的发布计划是9月，只会生产1w台，touchpad工厂是等待宣布消息后才停工的，我相信pre3也一样

an anonymous source tells me over 50,000 North American GSM and 30,000 CDMA/GSM World Phone Pre 3's were manufactured and packaged up ready for the two US carriers on board to sell them as of Leo's D-Day announcement. Release dates were 9/4 on one carrier (the GSM guy) and 9/18 on the other (the CDMA guy). We know at least one of those two carriers has cancelled (the GSM guy).

P.S. According to anonymous - those 80,000 Pre 3's are sitting in a wherehouse somewhere in Indianapolis Indiana. They could be distributed retail nationwide or shipped out directly to customers who purchase them directly from HP very quickly from that location.

看来我的信息渠道里有一些信息不是很准确,希望这些能够流出来..
回头找机会核实一下,目前知道双模的(WP)的最多1.6W台,还包括了在途的...
如果所有这些在途的可以流出来就爽好多了.
