刷通用版1.4.5停在usb图标怎么办

手机是3p，现在1.4.5的通用版（http://www.treo8.com/down/download/view-software-880.html）刷机，现在手机屏幕停在一个usb图标那边，而palmOS doctor提示“Connect your phone directly to your computer with your USB cable. Do not remove the battery or disconnect your phone during this process.”

然后就死在这个情况，请问这种情况下面，应该怎么处理？
