HP Veer Unlock Instructions
Welcome to the DigitalUnlock HP Veer unlocker. Once you have installed the unlock application, it should only take a few minutes to complete the process.
The HP Veer unlocker is a code reader . This means that it will read the code from your device. When the program completes, you will have to enter the code to unlock it.

Before you start
IMPORTANT NOTE: Remove the SIM card from your device before unlocking. SIM cards with PIN locks may interfere with the unlocking operation

You’ll need your USB cable:

Unlock Steps for Windows
Download our unlocker installer from here:
Choose your device:

HP Veer Series:
Download
hp-veer-install.exe

Double-click the hp-veer-install.exe installer from where you saved it.
Follow the on-screen prompts to install the application.

If you would like to unlock your phone now, leave the checkbox checked and click “Finish”.

The unlocker program will launch and display the following screen:

If you have purchased a registration code from our site, you may enter it in the box at the top of the screen. If you have not purchased a registration code, you may continue in trial mode or purchase one now:
Choose your device:

Purchase an HP Veer unlock from digitalunlock.com
Click the “Unlock Phone” button to continue.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Remove the SIM card from your device before unlocking. SIM cards with PIN locks may interfere with the unlocking operation
Put your phone in recovery mode:
Turn your phone on.
Connect your phone directly to your computer via USB.
When the phone is booted up, hold down the white key, the ‘sym’ key and the ‘R’ key at the same time.
Wait for the screen to dim, then release all three keys.
Hold the ‘R’ key down until you see the recovery symbol.
The program will print your unlock code:

  
Enter the unlock code when prompted by the phone.

Download our unlocker installer from here:

hp-veer-unlock.dmg

Double-click the hp-veer-unlock.dmg disk image from where you saved it.

Double-click the NovacomInstaller.pkg to install the drivers to unlock your phone:

Double-click the icon for the HP Veer unlocker . The unlocker program will launch and display the following screen:
