Support will be live phone conversations, live instant messenger sessions and/or email communications.
Support is currently provided in English.
Support is limited to solving device stability issues that are software related. Hardware support is not provided.
Support hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday Central time. (Support outside of those hours are billed at a separate rate.)
Support response time is 4 hours.
Standard service provides 2 problem sessions per month. Additional problems beyond these 2 in any one month are billed separately.
There is no carry over of unused sessions from one month to the next month.
