请教Ultrasoft money 和ms money 如何进行同步？

我下载了装了Ultrasoft money 5 ，使用了一段时间还不错，根据网友提示ms money 能够和他进行无缝同步，现下载安装了ms money2007 英文版
搞不定同步啊！
以下是ultrasoft 网站提供的说明：
Synchronizing with Microsoft® Money
Ultrasoft Money works with the Palm handheld's built-in HotSync® technology to synchronize your entries with Microsoft Money – you just drop the handheld into its cradle and tap the button.
To configure the Ultrasoft Money synchronization conduit, click your mouse on the HotSync Manager icon in your Windows system tray (usually in the lower right corner of your screen), and choose Custom from the pop-up menu. Select Money from the list of conduits, and click the Change button.
To download your Microsoft Money data and overwrite the data your Palm handheld, choose the "Desktop overwrites handheld" option. To upload your changes from your Palm, and download your changes from Microsoft Money, choose the "Synchronize the files" option.
You can choose to synchronize favorite accounts only, and you can exclude cleared or reconciled transactions, as well as transactions older than a certain date. For a complete description of the conduit's properties pages and options, see the Ultrasoft Money

我照做了还是不行？
略微有些差别是，所谓列表了找到“money”进行设置，而我实际只是找到“Mobisystems money”对其进行了设置，不知道是不是。

请问有谁知道这里的细节？

好像要要先安装MS Money，然后安装Ulrasoft money (注意，是安装ulrasoft的一个windows程序，而不是简单把money.prc考到手机中)，安装中会出现选项，让你选择是否安装ultrasoft money和MS MOney的同步，然后才能在palmdesktop的同步选项中看到说明书上写着的选项。
ulrasoft money5.0.2好像不能跟MS Money2007进行同步，最新的5.1.2可以跟MS Money2007同步，可惜找不到5.1.2的SN

谢谢，解决了，的确是要安装pc端ultrasoft money，才会在图文“custom”中出现 ‘money’选项，终于搞定这个同步，代价是没有备份手机上原先money的数据，覆盖了2个多月的帐目，目前ultrasoft money基本功能掌握。
关于版本，我是直接下最新的ultrasoft money，然后找了一个keymaker注册的，实际上打补丁方式只能解决手机端，pc端还是要注册码，否则过期岂非不能同步，我找得注册机好像5.X版本都可以。

ms money我用的是 2007 money H&B 正在熟悉，home方面用用还行，主要对交易类别理解不够透彻。business方面，我主要用于管理网店，暂时还看不懂，出货开票倒是有点明白，进货付款还没看明白，希望能够有同道交流交流！
ms money 2007 是电驴下的ISO版直接能用，帐号联网可以的，只是具体网络功能我没去试。

另外，楼上的兄弟如果对研究MS Money感兴趣的话，可以去下一本MS Money 傻瓜书教程，
微软傻瓜书系列的风格，里面讲的挺详细的，不过我只找得到全英文的。：）

我来发吧, 不要搞得那么神秘. 我是花了一晚上找到的. 测试后可以用. 在http://www.astraware.com/all/business/ultramoney/ 上面down下软件, 然后在PDA上用这个算出号装上PC就OK了.

请问大侠有没有wm5系统的ppc用Ultrasoft Money 5.0的key，ms money2007 英文版是否也需要key。谢谢！！！
