Installing the Updates after July 23rd

1.     For users of ALL webOS devices:
- Y. x) Y; w. E* l$ d. e8 ^! P/ Wa.      Open the “Date & Time” app on your device.
( Y$ _$ k% _* h2 s+ pb.     Set “Network Time” to Off.
( j+ T: f% Y) @, Vc.      Set the date to July 1, 2013.
& P. @) [) \/ T1 r  A+ o- {8 S# N* wd.     Open the App Catalog
# l9 A8 W+ P5 t7 m. G  je.      Type “App Catalog Update” in the search filed, and select “Enter” on the keyboard.
f.      Tap the “App Catalog Update” app to display the details page.
g.     Tap “Download for Free” to download and install the app.
; ]3 z. J* G6 p) y$ nh.     Return to the “Date & Time” app.
7 F1 _) H& t* L' m7 y! z8 W& Ei.       Set the date back to the current date.
j.       Set “Network Time” to On.

简单的说，就是把系统时间调回7月份，然后在官方市场更新市场（App Catalog）。然后调回时间即可
