Dictionary that can pronounce

Is any dictionary for palm OS that can pronounce the english words? The definition for the word may be in English or Chinese. I know there's an Eng-Chinese dictionary can pronounce, but the quality is terrible (not trust worthy). So.. any suggestion?

actually I've seen a person recommend a Palm dictionary that can pronounce. Is develop by Thailand company. If not wrong seem is Mi .. (something like this lah). I've download, but after format PC all gone.. Not try it, and the database for sound is very huge. But seem like some dictionary, which is english-germany, english-spain, that seem can pronounce.(I also not trying it before). Recommend you visit http:\\pdabase.com and see the palm software inside. The dictionaries that I mention is around page 20

already. It's meryly an Japanese language learning software that can pronounce in Japanese. So is not what I want..
