只有返回，移动...，删除三个选项，
返回-还是这个界面，
移动-什么意思？
删除-删了？

在northglide的网站上找到了答案。

This dialog allows you to Return to the application and keep testing it, Quit the Sandbox completely (choose Quit Sandbox if you want to keep the application on your device), Delete the application and files from your device or Move all files in the Sandbox to the expansion card allowing you to keep the application in a protected Sandbox until you are ready to test it again.

就是说，测好没问题点上面的“quit sandbox”，要继续测试点返回
移动就是移动到卡上等将来有时间再测试。
删除当然就是卸载了
