Since I don't have a networked Palm, I can not test the program fully. Please let me know if there is any error. In this patch I removed some restrictions, such as expiry, 30 messages..

兼容CJKOS,巨硬，但是对方收到的是乱码
察看了软件说明，该软件还缺一个中文解码库。
