Right now, you can send messages in Chinese (there is a trick, you need to open the on screen keyboard, and do a paste from the menu commands in order to display the Chinese keyboard). The same for Arabic on screen keyboard.

But the reception of messages in Chinese is not available.

If you happen to know how to handle double byte reception on the PalmOS edition of QuickIM, you are welcome to contact support @ quickim.com to assist the technical team in solving this issue.
